A client has requested two Web pages with the layout shown in the two designs below. The text and images are at the bottom of this page. Create the pages using only xhtml tags. Do not use CSS to format them yet.
If you get stuck just skip that bit but make a note to try again later. This exercise tests your ability to create structure so when finished check that your pages are valid by using the W3C validation page. Also check that the page works in at least three browsers.
If you have forgotted the basic structure of an xhtml page then remind yourself by clicking that link. The specification below has links in it to the pages where you learned XHTML just in case you need reminders.
